  1. Order Cancellation

Once an order for on-demand "Print your Own Art" prints has been sent to the print provider, it cannot be canceled. As the prints are produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications after this stage. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Additionally, please note that we are not responsible for any typographical errors or design flaws in the content or images provided by customers. We rely on the accuracy and quality of the materials provided to us. We highly recommend reviewing all text and images carefully before submitting your order.

  1.  Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with any defects or damage, please contact our customer service within 3 business days of receiving the package. We kindly ask you to email us at hello@bienartista.com and provide detailed information about the issue, along with supporting photos if possible. We will do everything in our power to address the problem and find a satisfactory solution.

     3.  Resolution Process

Upon receiving your return request or notification of damaged items, our customer service team will work diligently to resolve the issue. We will communicate with you to gather all the necessary information and take appropriate action to address the problem.

     4.  Return Shipping

If a return is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return and any associated shipping details. Please ensure that the artwork is carefully packaged to avoid further damage during the return shipping process. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by our customer service team.

  • Our return and refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from Bien Artista.
  • The returned item must be in its original condition, including any packaging, tags, or certificates of authenticity.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or return if the item shows signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

    6.  Color Variation Disclaimer and Device Calibration

Please keep in mind that the colors of the prints may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen due to variations in color calibrations of electronic devices like computers, monitors, and mobile phones. The actual colors of the printed artwork may vary depending on the calibration and lighting conditions of your devices.

While we strive to accurately represent the colors in our product images, we cannot guarantee exact color matching due to these variations. It is important to note that slight color differences should be considered normal and within acceptable industry standards. We recommend viewing our products in different lighting conditions to get a better understanding of the colors and details.
